Meet Miss Riley. An adorable little chunk tipping the scales at almost 10 pounds… a wee too big to fit in my camera bag, hehe! I can’t wait to show the parents their gallery… many favorites! (geeky photographer info: shot at f/1.8 – a little surprised myself!) © carrie sandoval
Mikayla’s (the adorable 3 month old below) Mom, a fellow friend and photographer, asked if I would help her with a newborn triplet session. With the “casting call” in full swing, how could I resist? I know I mentioned below that I wasn’t going post any of the casting call images, but I have done this pose before, so what the heck? Today it turned out a lot more like I had envisioned, though! A lot more “tucked in”.Let me brag about these babies for a moment… Mom took doctors orders like a saint and went on bedrest at 20 weeks. This helped these little ones gestate until 36 weeks!!! They weighed 4 lbs 13 oz, 5 lbs 5 oz and 5 lbs 13 oz. And ALL 3 came home together, just 48 hours after birth! Isn’t that AMAZING? They are 7 days old here. © carrie sandoval
