It’s always a pleasure to have our newborns return as big bubbly babies! Reece was not only the happiest little guy ever, but he also demonstrated a milestone during his session… his first few steps! He was quite proud of himself. We all were, in fact! Thanks for looking!

Happy Reece | San Diego baby photography
June 18, 2012Brittany and I both enjoy photographing children of all ages but over the years became highly specialized in newborn babies. How lucky are we to have not only found the perfect studio manager for “Baby as Art” but also a professional photographer who adores photographing older babies, children and families… all with a similar style to ours! Jen Wright is now booking special southern California sessions for the month of June. This is a perfect opportunity to capture your “Child as Art” with a little “Baby as Art” fineness! Enjoy Jen’s images below, and if you want MORE, visit her web site here: Jen Wright Photography

April 17, 2011

As a baby photographer, I usually don’t see my babies again until they have a new baby brother or sister. It’s so awesome to see the little people they have become. I photographed Sultan about a year and half ago and now he is a doting big brother to Mr. Abdulaziz. And little miss Lilly is so proud to introduce her baby brother, Oliver.

Thanks for checking in. I will be playing catch up this week. It’s been a busy April so far! All images © carrie sandoval | baby
Good-bye children, Hello Nashville and Vegas!
March 5, 2010Just a quick note to say that I hope to see many of you in Las Vegas at WPPI. Brittany and I are photographing the much anticipated McLellan Baby tomorrow in Nashville, TN and on Sunday we will arrive in Vegas. Come chat with us at the Asuka booth on Monday at 1:00! And because I can’t post without a picture, thought I’d post one of the two sweeties I just kissed good-bye. My Kalynn and Makenna! See you soon! © carrie sandoval | photographer
Even better than a dandelion wish…
November 18, 2009… is a “cat tail wish”. Can you see the blanket of “wishes” by her feet?

This is my sweet daughter, Kalynn, and she deserves every one of those wishes. She is having her tonsils (and maybe adenoids) removed tomorrow. She has rose colored glasses on right now and is excited about the meals of yogurt, baby food and ice cream in her future. Please send her a wish of your own that she will heal quickly. I love you, baby doll! © carrie sandoval
