My blog in so neglected. I apologize. We are experiencing a baby boom all while getting ready for our Australia workshop adventure! I thought I would show a favorite or two from a few recent sessions as well as shout out to any new Moms in Australia (anyone giving birth… um… right now, lol… would be perfect!). See details below.
Baby as Art {newborn photography workshop} is excited to announce their official casting call for Aussie newborns! Model compensation includes the edited full resolution digital files captured by Carrie Sandoval and Brittany Woodall during the workshop. Models should be under four weeks of age (under two weeks preferred). Melbourne models will be needed November 8-9. Sydney models will be needed November 10-12. For more details, please email the Baby as Art studio manager at contact@babyasart.com.

Baby Cora was a dream to photograph! I figured this was the perfect time to blog her… in hopes that our models for Monday’s workshop are just as dreamy!
That being said, if anyone in the San Diego or Orange County area has a baby that was born July 17-27, and are interested in their baby modeling for our workshop (no session fee / complimentary prints), please contact our studio manager at jen@babyasart.com. Or call 760-691-9103.

It wasn’t long ago that Blake (who you may remember posing with her Daddy here – an all time favorite shot of mine!) posed on this same wooden crate as a newborn. Now she is the proud big sister to Tanner.
In case you were wondering where these girls get their good looks, here you go! Mama is beautiful inside and out!
And, yes! Brittany and I are looking for a brand new baby to pose for our March workshop next week. If you have a baby less than two weeks old (born Feb 22 or after) or know someone who does and would be interested in modeling complimentary baby portraits, please inquire at workshop@babyasart.com.

In fact, we have workshops scheduled every month for the remainder of the year, so keep checking back if you are pregnant and live in southern California. It’s never too early to inquire!
If you or someone you know has recently had a baby, (born after Jan. 24) we would love to extend a special gift to you (or them)! We are holding a workshop next week and are looking for a brand new baby to pose for us. The workshop will be held in the Fallbrook studio and there will be no session fee and complimentary prints.
