Our next big newborn photography workshop is right around the corner! If you are pregnant (or have a friend or family member who is) and due in early September, please inquire about having your baby model for us during the workshop. The workshop will be held in a high rise loft in down town San Diego’s gaslamp district. We prefer babies to be less than 2 weeks old during Sept 8-12. For details, including what will be given to participating families as a thank you, please inquire with Jen.

Here are a couple of gorgeous babies who modeled for us during our last personal workshop. Thank you for stopping by!  © carrie sandoval | baby

The new team player.

Not only is this beautiful baby girl the newest team player in the Reed family, but Daddy is also the newest team player for our San Diego Chargers! Congratulations to both teams! © carrie sandoval | baby

Little Logan is now a big brother! Doesn’t baby Audrey look that much tinier in comparison to him? I just love watching families grow! The wonderful Jen Wright helped me during this session while Britt was in Montana, surrounded by gorgeous scenery and a beautiful mama-to-be! Be sure to check it out! © carrie sandoval

Baby on board.

We welcomed two beautiful babies into the studio (and *out* of the studio!) during a workshop with Alicia Cervenka from northern California. Thank you to my wonderful clients and inquiries for bringing your beautiful bundles to us!

Please meet the adorable and completely adored Mila and Marco, all of two weeks old and barely 5 pounds each! We met them for their “first and LAST naked photoshoot” (says Dad!) at their home in Los Angeles. I often wonder if parents are surprised by what area of their home we decide to shoot in. Here we had this beautifully furnished living room and office with a wonderful wall of windows, yet we chose to shoot in the “under construction – jam packed floor to ceiling with extra furniture” soon to be guest room. It offered smaller and fewer windows, but they were floor to ceiling, a blank wall to use as a back drop and the ability to close the door so that the room would heat up nice and toasty.  The good news is that we didn’t make a mess of the main living area! M+P, It was a pleasure working with you!
